We ship our products domestically using UPS Ground Shipping, which usually takes 1 to 5 business days as per UPS's Ground Time-in-Transit Maps when shipped from our base location in Festus, MO (Zip Code: 63028) .
However, for a precise estimate of your package's delivery, we recommend you track your package using the UPS tracking number included in your shipment confirmation email. You can track your package here.

No, a signature is not required upon delivery.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized pieces.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you have an account registered with us, simply log in and open your profile. In your dashboard, under "Order History", you will see your orders and their associated order numbers. If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can find your order number in the order confirmation email sent to you post-purchase.
If you need to cancel or make a change to to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Kindly note that we try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and once dispatched we cannot cancel or update your order.

Yes, our metals, gemstones, and pearls are responsibly sourced from suppliers that practice ethical practices. Our metals and pearls originate from China. Our gemstones, if not lab-grown, originate primarily from Brazil. Those not from Brazil have origins in Uruguay or Russia.
