Fine Jewelry
We take great care in crafting each piece of fine jewelry to meet the highest standards of quality and beauty. To ensure your satisfaction, we accept returns or exchanges for unworn, non-customized fine jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
Please note the following:
- Custom or personalized pieces, including engraved and resized items, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and certification (if applicable).
- Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including resizing) will void eligibility for a return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pterajewelry.com with your order details. Your happiness with our designs is our priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
1 Year Warranty:
We guarantee the quality of our work and will gladly address any issues related to workmanship. However, any repairs needed due to damage caused by external factors, improper care, or mishandling beyond Ptera’s control will not be covered under our policy.
For proper maintenance, we will provide personalized care instructions based on the materials and gemstones used in your piece. Please follow these guidelines to ensure the longevity of your jewelry. If you have any questions about care or maintenance, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help!

Vermeil/Silver Jewelry
Exchanges
- We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for orders over $150 for those located within the U.S only.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
- To exchange your piece(s), contact us at support@pterajewelry.com and we will send you a return label. Please return your item(s) within 7 days of creating the pre-paid label.

After receiving and inspecting your piece(s), we will send you your new item(s) if the exchange is approved. If not approved, you will need to pay for shipping to send the item(s) back to you.
Returns
- We offer free U.S 30 day returns from date of delivery.
- International customers will need to pay for postage when returning items. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (replacements, final sale items, items sold at 30% off or greater, gift cards, and custom/ made-to-order orders/ aren’t eligible for a refund).
- Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
- For those located in the U.S, you can access our hassle free return portal through your customer account here or contact our customer care team with your order number at support@pterajewelry.com.

After receiving and inspecting your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@pterajewelry.com.
