Packages purchased with free standard shipping are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage which usually takes 1 to 5 business days when shipped from our base location in Wildwood, MO (Zip Code: 63038).

Exchanges
- The easiest way to exchange an item is to return your original piece and place a new order for the item or size you would like instead.
- To begin an exchange, please follow the return instructions below. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Returns
- We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery for eligible items.
- For customers located within the U.S., a prepaid return label will be provided. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
- International customers are responsible for return postage.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Earrings, replacements, final sale items, items sold at 30% off or greater, gift cards, and custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or refund.

I was worried that the watch face would be too big, but it’s actually the perfect size! Love the mother of pearl face as well! My wrist is 6in and some change and I was able to get the watch sized perfectly! Really happy about the fit. I have this in the rose gold and it matches the shade of the Ophelia ring perfectly, too.
