Inspired by spring meadows and gathered floral bouquets, the Elarose Ring is crafted in 14K gold and centers a luminous 5.03cts Green Tourmaline from Congo, hand-cut by John Dyer & Co. in their signature Starbrite™ Cut. Sculpted floral motifs and lab diamond accents frame the stone with soft, organic movement. Currently a size 7, and can be resized (please allow 1–2 weeks).

- The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and certification (if applicable).
- Custom or personalized pieces, including engraved and resized items, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including resizing) will void eligibility for a return or exchange.
- Ready to ship pieces may be returned less a 10% restocking fee.
- Made to order pieces may be returned less a 20% restocking fee.

At Ptera, we take great pride in our craftsmanship. We guarantee the quality of our work and will gladly address any issues related to workmanship. However, repairs for damage caused by external factors, improper care, or mishandling beyond Ptera’s control will not be covered under our policy.

- Wear with care – Though lab diamonds are incredibly hard, the metal setting may still be prone to wear. Remove your ring when engaging in strenuous activities or handling abrasive materials.
- Professional maintenance – Have your ring professionally inspected and cleaned every 6-12 months to check for loose stones and ensure its lasting brilliance.
