Please note the following:

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all fine jewelry returns and exchanges.
• Custom or personalized pieces, including engraved items, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and certification (if applicable).
• Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void eligibility for a return or exchange.
